Complimentary Delivery
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders valued up to 30,000 €. Each item is securely packaged and shipped fully insured via internationally recognized logistics partners to ensure a safe and seamless delivery experience.
Specialist Delivery for High-Value Orders
For items exceeding 30,000 €, we arrange transport through specialized secure shipping providers such as Malca-Amit or Brinks. Shipping costs for these services are calculated based on your destination and invoiced separately.
Insurance Coverage
All shipments are fully insured during transit. Please note: any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your destination country are the responsibility of the client. Our shipping partners will manage the collection of these charges where applicable.
Right to Withdraw & Return Policy
14-Day Withdrawal Period
You may withdraw your purchase within 14 days of delivery to the address listed on your order. To initiate a return, contact us at returns@christophediamonds.com to receive a return authorization code. Returns are only accepted if all conditions below are met.
Return Instructions
1. Request Authorization
Email us to receive a Return Code. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
2. Prepare the Item
Items must be returned in unused, pristine condition, complete with their original packaging, gemmological certificate, and presentation box. If the diamond was sealed, the seal must remain unbroken.
3. Use Our Approved Couriers
Return shipping must be handled through our authorized logistics providers. Clients are responsible for all return shipping, insurance, and ensuring the return value matches the invoice (excluding VAT). Returns shipped without approval, with postage due, or missing documentation will not be accepted.
Items Not Eligible for Return
• Items that are damaged, worn, incomplete, or altered
• Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items
• Pieces with broken gem lab seals
• Shipments delivered outside the European Union
• Lost gemmological certificates (replacement cost: 500 € incl. VAT)
Fees & Deductions
A 15% return handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover insurance, shipping, and processing. A minimum deduction of €500 applies in all cases.
Return Limit
Only two (2) returns per client and/or order are allowed.
Refund Timing
Refunds will be issued within 15 business days after the item is received, inspected, and confirmed to meet our return standards.
